History and reputation

Land & Partners was formed in 2008 and has grown organically since then. We have never actively advertised and we are proud of the fact that a significant number of our projects have arisen out of personal recommendations by other landowners and agents. The company has no debt and is entirely self-funded.

The in-house team are strong on all the key aspects of the development process and have access to a wider network of top consultants to draw on as necessary. They have experience working in both the public and private sectors which gives a wider perspective and understanding of the development process.
